New video – UNDERWATER SWIMMING – AN OCEAN ADVENTURE WITH GINA Price revisions Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control I have had to increase prices for the two videos in my collection. Postal charges inside and from the UK (both 1st class post and Swiftair delivery) have increased recently. The production costs associated with my sea based video (extra location costs) were somewhat higher than for the pool based UNDERWATER AEROBICS. Nonetheless for those purchasers wishing to buy the 2 videos at the same time I am offering a discount. My first video –UNDERWATER AEROBICS – continues to sell with a steady flow of orders and I have received some lovely reviews and favourable comments from satisfied purchasers. I hope the new sea based video will be equally successful. Depending on the success of the new video I hope to produce further underwater videos. I am looking at a number of possible projects and which include: -A training video for breath holding, underwater relaxation and buoyancy control exercises (including advanced exhalation routines). -A dance/ballet routine which will also include “behind the scenes” to show how the routine was produced – various separate sequences etc. I would hope it would encourage others to devise their own underwater dance sequences. As always I am open to realistic suggestions for further underwater videos – such as advanced gymnastics or even underwater yoga.
